CHÂTEAU DE BOISGELIN
Hotel - Restaurant - Golf
Chef Mathieu Kergourlay and his wife Marine welcome you to the Château-Hôtel de Boisgelin. Passionate and inventive, Chef Mathieu Kergourlay has the impertinence of youth, having received a Michelin Star at only 25 years old (2012) and the prize for young talent from Gault & Millau (2016). Marine Kergourlay and her team welcome you to Château de Boisgelin and cater attentively to your well-being. The 14 rooms have been elegantly decorated combining period furniture with more contemporary pieces. A subtle blend of harmony of blue and beige tones with the elegance of wood and moldings. The 3-star Domaine de Boisgelin Hotel will make you appreciate the mild Breton climate, whatever the season, for a romantic weekend, with family, friends or on a business trip. Its ideal location a few dozen kilometers from the coast, Paimpol, Saint Brieuc and Guingamp will allow you to discover the many aspects of our beautiful region.
During your stay, there is no doubt that you will be tempted to prolong the fun by exercising your swing on the domain golf course, thus taking advantage of the soothing greenary of the Goëlo land. If the course is a faily recent creation less than thirty years old, the domain on which it is located has been the property of the Boisgelin family since 1166, that is to say almost eight and a half centuries. The descendants of this illustrious noble Breton family created this golf course when the estate was opened to the public. The course extends over an open site in a 90 hectares wooded park, dominated on one side by the castle converted into a hotel-restaurant, and on the other by a majestic 15th century manor listed in the inventory of historic monuments.
